Your business data belongs to you. By default, Invoice Maker is designed to work locally. Your client details, line items, and financial records are stored securely on your device. We use specific device permissions only to generate, save, and share your PDF invoices seamlessly.

2. Information We Collect

• Invoice & Business Data — We handle the information you input to generate invoices, including business names, logos, client names, email addresses, item descriptions, tax rates, and totals. If you use the offline version, this data is stored strictly on your device.
• Device & Technical Data — Device model, operating system version, and basic diagnostics (via crash logging tools like Firebase) to identify and patch bugs causing the app to crash.
• Advertising Identifiers — If ads are enabled in the free tier, identifiers like Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA may be utilized by third-party mobile ad networks to serve relevant ads.

3. Document Generation & Storage Usage

To successfully deliver professional business templates, the App locally processes your data to generate PDF files. This requires storage capabilities to:

• Save compiled PDF invoices and estimates directly to your device's downloads or documents folder.
• Allow you to attach existing business logos or image assets from your gallery directly onto your invoice layouts.

4. Third‑Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to maintain app stability and sustain operations:

• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — To monitor real-time app errors, loading performance, and interface optimization.
• Google AdMob — To serve non-intrusive advertisements that fund free tier application maintenance.
• Google Play Services / Apple App Store Services — For processing core in-app purchases, premium tier subscriptions, and standard system updates.

5. Permissions

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (or platform equivalents) — Required to export generated PDF invoices to local storage and fetch your company logo images.
• INTERNET — Required to load ad content, process premium subscriptions, and send invoices via email or cloud share sheets.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — Used to send optional payment reminders or updates regarding subscription renewals.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your invoicing history is maintained on your local device storage, it remains entirely within your control. Deleting the App or clearing your device cache will wipe all locally stored client registers and invoicing history.

To request data removal: Simply uninstall the app from your device or navigate to your device settings to wipe the application data. If you have signed up for a cloud backup/sync feature (if available), you can request server deletion directly through the app's settings panel.
